Any request to change a stay must be made at least 10 days before the start of the stay. You can send your request by email to callcenter@cielavillage.com or by phone: +33(0)422 547 355

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), bank transfer, cheque, Classic vacation cheque, Connect vacation cheque.The methods of payment accepted by the campsite vary according to the date of payment. For details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Rentals are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Departure is before 10am. For pitches, arrival is from 12pm and departure before 11am.
